I doubt it. It's run as a hobby. They don't make enough food to serve their walk in customers.

If its already been smoked, wrap in tented tinfoil, add a little of the drippings to keep moist, and put in a 500 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Did this with a 7 pounder last week and it came out perfect. Granted it was wrapped in a towel over night so the fridge wouldn't shock the meat so ymmv.
